    Wellspring Family Church Leadership

    Jon Beardon
Jon and Nicky and their children have lived in Dereham since 2001. Before that they lived in Holt, Norfolk and were part of The Vine Family Church from which they were sent to plant Wellspring Family Church in Dereham.

In between doing stuff with the children, Jon loves playing hockey,
spending time walking and eating out in beautiful Norfolk and watching movies.

    Steve-03Steve Bourner
Steve lives in Dereham with his wife Emma and three small children. He works for a local company as a cabinet maker. When not working and doing church stuff, he enjoys time with family, surfing holidays and outdoor stuff.

    Phil Eggleton
PhilEPhil lives in Dereham with wife Lucy and two girls Maddie and Amelia.  He works with Steve (above).  He enjoys the North Norfolk coast, Adnams and BBC 6 music.

In accord with what we read in the New Testament, we believe that local churches are responsible for their own government through the leadership of team of elders. The elders lead, oversee, and care for the church. Wellspring Family Church currently has 2 elders, Jon Beardon and Andrew Warren.

Our elders work closely with other newfrontiers Churches in the region and across the UK and we highly value the apostolic relationship we have with newfrontiers, through the ministry of Terry Virgo and his wider team, represented locally by Mike Betts and Maurice Nightingale.

Supporting the elders are the home cell group leaders who play a magnificent role in gathering the people of the church up into loving communities for growth, evangelism, pastoral care, worship, prayer etc.

Of course there are many others who play a vital role including leading children's work teams, worship teams and other ministries.
